Getting everything set up took a bit longer than I expected, it wasn’t terrible or anything but it did feel like I was waiting around more than I wanted to.

I was a little impatient at first because I just wanted to find the info and move on, but the site made it painless. I found what I needed really quickly, the pages loaded without any annoying delays, and the contact info was right there when I needed it. I was actually kind of relieved. I also used it on my phone and didn’t run into any issues, which was a nice surprise.

Some of the details were totally helpful and matched what I needed, but a few parts felt really outdated. It wasn’t awful, just kind of frustrating in spots

For the price, smagroup.us was okay, I guess. It wasn’t outrageously expensive, but the way some of it was described made it seem like I’d be getting more value than I actually did. It’s not terrible, but I do think the wording was kind of misleading and made me expect more than what I paid for.

The security side seems fine, so that’s nice. But the privacy details were vague, which is a little ironic for something that’s supposed to make you feel secure. I’m sure it’s all there somewhere, but it would’ve been great if I didn’t have to guess what’s actually happening with my info.
